- Preheat to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a round baking dish or pie pan with coconut oil.
Mix the Batter
- In a bowl, whisk eggs with maple syrup, vanilla, and almond extract.
- Add coconut milk and stir to combine.
- Sift in almond flour, arrowroot starch, and salt. Mix until smooth.
Assemble

- Bake for 35–40 minutes or until golden and set in the center. A toothpick should come out mostly clean.
